We deliver to most of the UK mainland. If you live in The Highlands, Isle of Man or any other off shore UK territory please call us on 01347 810022 / 07967 274344 for a delivery quote.
How much does it cost?
When ordering from our site delivery is calculated at the checkout stage when your postcode has been entered. However, there are some postcodes we cannot deliver to.
If your postcode is not accepted at the checkout, please contact Ashfield Leisure on 01347 810022 / 07967 274344 as we may still be able to deliver to you and arrange carriage.
How do we deliver?
We use a national pallet network to deliver the majority of our products. All goods are delivered via large wagons on a wooden pallet with a hand operated pallet lift.
Most products are delivered on wooden pallets in which case lorries are used and a curb side delivery only can be guaranteed. We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows. It is not possible to move pallets over loose surfaces such as gravel and grass or lifted over any steps, so please check before ordering. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.
Please be aware that we can not deliver on to gravel drives as we are unable to pull pallets over the gravel. In cases where we can drop the pallet straight on to the gravel drive we will endeavour to deliver.
Returns
Any orders to be returned to us must be notified to us by telephone. If the products are already in transit there will be charge of a minimum of £39.95 + vat per pallet, or the actual cost of delivering and returning the goods via the Palletways pallet distribution network. If the goods have to be returned because of poor access or any other reason for not being able to drop the goods then the cost of delivery will be charged for both the outward and return delivery.
